He is worse lawyer you can ever think of. In my case he took all information but he has not shared with court, because of which case is disposed off by court he is not bothered about. So one can image what level fraud he can do.

Only suggestion i can give contact other lawyer not him

UPDATE : He called and threaten me of filing case under IT act. My Only request was, what ever you did i will forgive you, Please reopen this case and give me NOC so that i can contact other lawyer that he wont' do

UPDATE : As you are threatening of defamation case for using word "Fraud". Please check case judgement when court is expecting you to do some thing but you did not do. When you took my money and did not do your job properly then what it is called please define it. My Only expectation is, just reopen case and give me NOC so that i can proceed with other lawyer and let me be in peace. Please check with your @Vargeese salvan

Contacted over phone to engage them for MODT removal process. The person explained over phone that this is something for which one need not pay for and can be done without an advocate. It is rare to see such non-materialist attitude these days. Another lawyer we had contacted asked for 7K as charges towards this!
